Your satisfaction is the most important to us and we understand that once you receive an item it might not fit your needs. So, if you wish to return or exchange an item you must contact us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. In the case of a buyers remorse return situation, you will be responsible for a return fee of $7 which pays for the creation of the return label and will be deducted off the refund once the item is returned/inspected at our warehouse in the original packaging. Please note, we cannot accept a return if the product is not in its original packaging. Special order items are non-refundable and include made to order items and items where a specific size, color, finish, fabric or other customization was selected. Free return shipping does not apply to products purchased within the wholesale categories of this website.
Items will not be authorized for return after 7 days from the delivery date. Any "Made to Order" products, as indicated on the product page, are also non-refundable.
Regarding freight/bulk orders that ship with LTL carrier, schedule delivery is require with the carrier. You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery once your shipment arrives at the nearest destination facility to your delivery address so please be expecting a call if your order is shipped via LTL service. Standard curbside delivery is included in the free shipping cost on all orders for products shipped LTL. If you would like inside delivery which is widely considered white glove, you will need to contact us ahead of time as there is an extra charge for this. If you are wanting this white glove service added after your order is shipped, you will need to contact us for payment or pay the carrier directly. Please note, it is possible to add this service prior to shipment.
Regarding damaged freight, it is the customers responsibility to notate damage upon arrival of your scheduled delivery. Wholesale Living will not be responsible for damages if the order is delivered successfully without damage noted on the delivery ticket.
